Cost control

Regardless of which project phase you are already in, we can determine the cost framework of a project on the basis of the available project data and follow this up over the entire course of the project. This cost framework is continuously monitored by us, whatever project phase we start with, up to the determination of costs and checked for deviations. We will counter deviations in an actual-target comparison through suitable measures.

Basic services and special services for cost control

  • Compiling, calculating or involvement in drawing up the cost framework for investment costs and usage costs as well as usage cost control
  • Drawing-up economic efficiency investigations and calculations
  • Involvement in the determination and application for investment funding and subsidies
  • Compiling a cost estimate/cost calculation in accordance with DIN 276
  • Review of the cost estimate and calculation by the property and specialist planner as well as arranging the necessary adjustment measures
  • Cost control to comply with cost targets

  • Cost control taking account of quotation checking and cost comparisons by those involved in the planning process
  • Verification and approval proposals for invoices by the planning participants and others involved in the project for payment, including the provision of securities
  • Reviewing and approving proposals regarding invoice checking for property monitoring for payment to the contractors
  • Verification of costs determined by the property and specialist planners
  • Implementation of value engineering with review of planning for economic efficiency, ability to tender, sustainability, energy consumption, material suitability, logistics, workflow
