Document Management

In the course of project conception, project development, project planning, project realization and project completion, a large number of documents are created, changed, rejected, scanned, copied, sent by e-mail, fax or by post or even destroyed.

This flood of documents is permanently added during the project cycle and is never completely interrupted from the beginning of the project until the end. Documents are always available in a variety of stationary locations (or not in the case of a cloud), are located in Germany and / or abroad, are stored in different systems and that of several project participants. The problem is compounded in companies that realize a large number of projects and meet different project structures and stakeholders, which in turn do not serve uniform standards.

Many companies and projects are overwhelmed in terms of data storage, archiving and retrieval of data. Thanks to our many years of experience in all real estate segments, we were now able to design a document system that provides uniform data storage and leads to quick and easy retrieval of documents.

In the process, the read-only memory data, cloud storage or other data sources provided by the project participants or the companies are integrated into a uniform document system in our data center.

Depending on the security requirements, data is stored separately and data access is assigned individually to your requirements.

Your data protection requirements and, of course, the DSGVO (Datenschutz-Grundverordnung), which came into force on May 25, 2018, play a major role for us. For their data security, we use state-of-the-art 256-bit / AES encryption and perform standardized backups that protect your data against external access, even in the event of a theft or cyberattack.
